Conditions of participation in raffles

1. Participation

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the conditions of participation.

Anyone 16 years of age or older and resident in Europe is eligible to participate. Employees, relatives and sales partners of the Mallorca Shop are excluded from participation.

Participation via competition services as well as participation via automated competition robots or other manipulations are not permitted. Only one entry per person is allowed per competition. In case of suspicion of fraud against another player (e.g. unauthorized manipulation), Mallorca Shop reserves the right to withdraw the prize (also subsequently).

2. Winnings

The prizes mentioned in the competition text will be raffled off. A cash payment is excluded, unless it is mentioned separately. If for any reason a prize is no longer available, Mallorca Shop reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value. The winner must pay all taxes that may arise from the prize.

The prizes will be sent to the winners free of charge. Winnings will be sent out within two weeks of the winners being announced. Except for voucher codes sent by e-mail, prizes will only be sent to addresses in Germany. It is not sent to P.O. boxes or packing stations.

3. Procedure

The start and the entry deadline apply as stated in the competition entry. Unless otherwise described there, prizes will be randomly drawn from all correct entries. Participation after the entry deadline stated therein is invalid. The draws will take place shortly after the end of the competition (within one week at the latest).

The winners will be announced by name on the Mallorca Shop facebook page. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to be named in the event of a win and with the picture of his profile picture on the Mallorca shop facebook page. Winners will, if technically possible, be notified of their winnings by Facebook message. If a winner should make this impossible by his personal attitudes, he is obligated to inform himself on the Mallorca Shop Facebookseite about a possible profit. Mallorca Shop is not liable if messages end up in the other folder of the winner's messages and he therefore does not take note of them in time.

4. Profit assumption

Each winner has 3 days from the announcement of the winners to accept the prize. Acceptance takes place through the timely sending of the correct address data via the contact form on www.mallorca-shop.info. If the acceptance of a prize is not made in time, the claim to the prize lapses without compensation. If a prize is returned due to incorrect address data or non-pickup (in the case of storage by the deliverer), the claim to a prize lapses without replacement.

5. Data protection

The participant agrees that the collected data will be stored for the duration of the campaign and used only for sending the prize. After the action is completed, all data is deleted.

6. Disclaimer of liability

Mallorca Shop is not liable for technical malfunctions that occur during data transmission. We are also not liable if the Mallorca Shop Facebook page or the competition entry is not accessible.

7. iÍndemnity clause

The contributions (pictures, links and texts) of the participants may not contain any insults, false facts, competition, trademarks or copyright infringements. Should third parties nevertheless assert claims for violation of their rights, the participant releases Mallorca Shop from all claims. By participating in the competition, each participant undertakes to personally answer for any legal infringements.

All activities have no connection with Facebook and are in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook. Facebook is not the contact person for competitions on the Facebook page of Mallorca Shop, but Mallorca Shop itself. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but Mallorca Shop. The data will be stored there on the server and used exclusively for the execution of the competition. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition should be directed to the Mallorca Shop and not to Facebook. Mallorca Shop indemnifies Facebook against all damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) resulting from claims relating to the competition.
